INTERPRETATION
What does it mean?
- Why could Peter be exhorting the elders in 1 Peter 5:1? How does Peter's exhortation connect to the previous chapter? (Ex. A word of reassurance to Suffering church elders)
- What does it mean to be a witness of Christ’s suffering? (1 Peter 5:1, Ref: Luke 24:48, Acts 1:21-22)
- What does Peter mean by the glory that is going to be revealed? (1 Peter 5:1. Ref: 2 Peter 1:16. Ex. Peter had experienced Christ's glory in the transfiguration in Matthew 17:1–8)
- To whom does the flock belong and how much value is placed upon it? (1 Peter 5:2, Ref: Acts 20:28)
