What does it say?

    1. In Luke 24:36, Who are “they” & what “things” were they talking about?
    2. How does the text describe Jesus' appearance? What does "stood among them" imply? (Luke 24:36)
    3. What was the condition of the disciples when Jesus stood among them? (Luke 24:38)
    4. What did Jesus ask them to do to convince them? (Luke 24:39-43)
    5. What did Jesus say were the things written about him in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms (Luke 24:44)?
    6. What did Jesus do to help his disciples understand the Scriptures (Luke 24:45)?

What does it mean?

    1. What deeper meaning might Jesus' greeting of "Peace to you!" have, beyond a simple salutation? (Luke 24:36)
    2. Why were the disciples troubled and filled with doubt when they saw Jesus? (Luke 24:38)
    3. What is the significance of Jesus showing them his hands, feet & asking for food to eat? (Luke 24:39-43)
