    2. Why do you think he wrote this book? Why would he want others to grow wise?
  2. How is wisdom described in this text?
    1. How would you define wisdom according to God's word?
    2. What does the author say are some of the benefits of wisdom?
    3. Based on the text, would you say that anyone can become wise?
  3. Verse 7 says that the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom.

    5. Would your friends describe you as teachable? What about your family?
