- Think about the last time you got angry. What were you angry about?
- Did your anger "produce the righteousness of God" (James 1:20)?
- God's affliction on Israel show's how seriously he thinks about sin. Do you think you have a good understanding of God's holiness? Why or why not ?
- Read Luke 13: 1-5. What does God say about our sin, even if we don't experience affliction now?
- What is one way you could grow in lamenting, especially lamenting over your own sin?
- Pray in light of this passage and about any applications you have made
- Sing In Christ Alone to God and to one another.
